Fimo Tiara
I had to buy some, if I didn't I knew I would never find it again.
I had a bit of a play around and found that this stuff dries really quickly. Whatever you make with it you have to make quickly.
I found this tutorial for cake decorating that used icing and jar wrapped in wax paper to make edible tiaras.
I decided to adapt the method to fit the quick drying Fimo Air.
You Will Need:
A round tin/container
Clingfilm
A template (if desired)
Paint and decorating items
Method
One
I used an empty 1 litre paint can.
Two
Tape this template to your container and wrap in clingfilm.
Three
* TIP - Don't roll the container from side to side too much, or else the Fimo Air will slip off.
* TIP - If you find that a piece of your design just won't sit flat, use a piece of cellotape to keep it n place.
Four
Do not touch for at least 48 hours. (by far the hardest part)
Five
Paint and decorate as you wish.
You use fake/dried flowers, sea shells, beads etc.
I painted mine gold and added some fake lavender.
Six
Either glue them on or use transparent thread.
